This is your first appointment to establish care. It will include a comprehensive intake of your medical history, constitutional assessment and treatment of your chief complaint. By booking this appointment you agree to the Cancellation Policy. Full payment is required and the card you use for booking will automatically be charged for the following situations. Less than 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. No show or missed appointment. Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment.
